Job Description

An Export Documentation Specialist is responsible for preparing, managing, and reviewing the documents required for the export of goods. They ensure compliance with international trade regulations, coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs, and maintain accurate records of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, production) to ensure timely shipment. Ensure all export documents comply with the regulations of the destination country. Communicate with freight forwarders and shipping companies to book cargo and arrange transportation. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain proper records for audit and customs clearance purposes. Handle letters of credit and ensure documents comply with banking requirements. Stay updated on changes in export regulations and documentation procedures.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in export documentation or logistics. Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
