Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Export Documentation Executive

to manage and coordinate all documentation activities related to export shipments. The role requires strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation compliance, and coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth and timely export operations.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare, verify, and process export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other shipping/Customs-related documents. Ensure all export documentation complies with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHAs (Customs House Agents), and inspection agencies for smooth execution of shipments. Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of consignments. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies in documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export documentation and shipment details. Support audits and provide necessary documentation to internal/external authorities as required. Stay updated on export regulations, trade compliance requirements, and customs procedures.

Pay: ₹9,131.80 - ₹20,000.00 per month
