Job Summary

:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Export Documentation Coordinator

to manage and prepare all documentation related to the international shipment of tiles and ceramic products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the export process within the tiles or building materials industry and a strong understanding of international trade regulations, port procedures, and documentation compliance.

Key Responsibilities

:

Prepare, verify, and process export documentation such as: Commercial Invoices Packing Lists Bills of Lading (BL) Certificates of Origin (COO) Shipping Instructions Inspection Certificates Export Declarations (if applicable) Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHAs (Customs House Agents), and transporters to ensure timely container bookings and vessel connections. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and destination-specific documentation requirements. Communicate with internal production, dispatch, and sales teams to align shipping schedules and documentation timelines. Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams. Handle documentation for LC (Letter of Credit) shipments and ensure accuracy in banking presentations. Ensure correct HS codes, product descriptions, and weight/volume measurements in all export paperwork. Liaise with export promotion councils, chambers of commerce, and government bodies for document attestation or certifications. Maintain organized records of all shipping documents, both physical and digital, for audit and compliance purposes. Support the Export/Logistics team in resolving documentation discrepancies, shipment delays, or customer queries.

Qualifications

Education

:

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.

Experience

:

2-5 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in the tiles, ceramics, or building materials industry.

Technical & Functional Skills

:

Solid understanding of export documentation and procedures for the ceramics/tiles industry. Familiar with port operations, shipping line requirements, and container logistics. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and international trade compliance. Experience working with letters of credit and bank documentation preferred.

Pay: ₹11,486.58 - ₹40,000.00 per month
