Export Docks & Customs Executive - Job Profile (Only Export)

Location : CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Experience : 1-4 Years in logistics industry

Role Overview

Handles

field operations

at port/CFS/warehouse for export shipments, including customs examination, cargo movement, and coordination with shipping lines and customs officers.

Key Responsibilities

Visit

dock/CFS/port

for export clearance. Submit export documents to customs for: Examination Assessment LEO (Let Export Order) Coordinate with shipping lines for VGM, SI, container movement, and cut-off. Supervise stuffing at CFS (factory stuffing/ dock stuffing). Ensure timely movement of containers to port before gate-in cut-off. Handle

EIR, Form 13, Gate Pass, Carting Order

. Coordinate with transporters for container placement & movement. Monitor customs inspection and ensure proper sealing of containers. Follow up for release/LEO to avoid short-shipment issues. Maintain records of CFS payments, shipping line charges, and receipts. Update internal team and clients regarding cargo progress.

Skills Required

Good understanding of

export port operations

, stuffing & documentation. Strong coordination skills with customs, CFS, transporters & shipping lines. Ability to work in docks/CFS environment under pressure. Basic system knowledge (ICEGATE, shipping line portals).

Experience / Qualification

12th/Graduate (any stream). 1-5 years of export field operations experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
