Order follow up and Dispatch update.
Cold calling.
Payment Reminder.
Reporting & Analysis.
Follow up with incoming leads.
Responding to Emails and Answering and returning phone calls behalf of Manager.
Skills required:- ₹ Result oriented.
Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
Payment Follow up skill.
Good with Calculation.
Good to work independently.
Pleasing personality.
Good communication skill.
Good Command on MS Office and Excel.
