at Zieva Farm Pvt Ltd - Export Executive

  • Preparing Pre-shipment documents for shipment \xe2\x80\x93 Custom Invoice, Packing List, Export Value, BL/ AWB Draft,
Declaration and SDF.
  • Preparing Post-shipment documents \xe2\x80\x93 Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and other certificates required as per Consignee terms.
  • Shipping Bill Submission in Bank in case of Advance Payment.
  • Submission of Exports documents for EBRC.
  • Preparing Outward Remittance Documents for making Advance Payment against Proforma Invoice for Import
Shipments.
  • Preparing documents for release of Import documents from Bank, arranging vehicle for import consignment.
  • Bill of Entry submission in Bank of Import Shipment.
  • Follow up with Bank for Debit Advice & EBRC.
  • Also managing domestic shipments which include procurement of the material, invoicing & shipping.
  • Checking All Bills related to Export & Import Shipments.
  • Filing & Updating Various Statement in Computer for Export Shipment \xe2\x80\x93 FOB Statement, Payment Status
Statement, Shipment Status & CHA Bills Statement.
  • Preparing Post-Shipment Documents for Shipment \xe2\x80\x93 Commercial Invoice, Detailed Packing List, Certificate of
Origin, Insurance Certificate, Bill of exchange & Other Certificates as per LC terms.
  • Prepare Documents to submit with Bank in case LC/DP/DA basis. GR Submission in Bank in case of Advance payment.
  • Filing & Updating Statement in Computer for Export Shipments \xe2\x80\x93 FOB Report, Invoice Details, Shipment Status,
EBRC Statement, CHA Bill Statement.
  • Import Documentation: Advance Payment \xe2\x80\x93 Prepare Outward Remittance Documents for making advance payment against Proforma Invoice.
  • Clearance of Import Goods \xe2\x80\x93 Also preparing documents for release of Import documents from Bank, arranging vehicle for import shipment. Bill of Entry Submission in Bank for Import Shipment.
  • Follow Up with Bank for Debit Advice, Airway Bill Number against Export Dispatch Documents, for Bank
Realization Certificate (EBRC), for FIRC, Local & International LC Copy.
  • Preparing documents for Warehouse Monthly Payment & preparing Warehouse Stock Insurance Documents
  • Filling MAI Refund
  • Make HBL ,MBL
