Ensure all export activities adhere to international trade regulations, policies, and customs requirements.

Shipment tracking:

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and proactively resolve any issues that arise during transit.

Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for customers and suppliers, providing updates, handling inquiries, and resolving problems related to export orders.

Record keeping:

Maintain organized and accurate records of all export transactions, documentation, and customer information for auditing and reference.

Internal collaboration:

Work with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure a smooth and efficient export process.
