Role: Sr. Executive- Export-Import Coordinator & Custom Clearance

- Understand customer needs and address them
- Coordination between all teams - Warehousing, Custom Clearance, Operations & & Freight
- Forwarding
- Virtually ensuring smooth inbounds and outbounds
- Communicating with international clients to receive and process orders
- Resolve customer complaints and grievances immediately
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Stock and Daily reporting as per client needs
- Proven experience in 'Customer Relations
- Fluent English and good communication skills are mandatory
- Soft Spoken
- Problem-solving attitude
- Agile and proactive
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Well-versed with import-export documentation, Incoterms, and procedures
- Male candidates with experience in Freight forwarding/IMPEX/Bonded warehousing/custom clearance are preferred.

- Gurugram, Gurugram - 122002, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Export Import Coordination & Custom Clearance: 5 years (Preferred)
