Job Description

Responsibilities :
Manage delivery across Pods using Agentic Software workflows.
Review and fine-tune agent workflows for quality, velocity, and reliability.
Define and monitor engineering metrics (velocity, quality, agent performance).
Estimate effort, size workstreams, and support proposal creation.
Solve delivery bottlenecks and guide teams through ambiguity.
Coach engineers and architects on agentic development practices.

Experience with vector databases, semantic search, or multi-agent orchestration.
Familiarity with reinforcement learning or cognitive architectures.
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills.
Technical and Professional Requirements :
Required Skills
Delivery Leadership: Experience managing software delivery across distributed teams.
Agentic AI Familiarity: Exposure to AI Coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Devin or any similar tools.
Engineering Metrics: Ability to define and track delivery KPIs in AI-augmented environments.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and decision-making in complex delivery scenarios.
Client Engagement: Comfortable in client-facing roles, translating tech into business impact.
