Job Description
Responsibilities and requirements :- Take the responsibility of onboarding the client and taking them to live on our platform by performing necessary tasks in coordination with the sales team.- Schedule Training sessions at all our partnered restaurants.- Train the restaurant management staff about our product and how to use it.- Make sure that the staff is implementing & following the right processes and practices.- Take complete ownership of managing the accounts and solving problems in real-time that are faced by clients.- Handle a group of team members and make sure everybody is following the right practices and procedures.
