What will your job look like?

• You will perform RF network design, planning and optimization activities.
• You will perform link budget analysis, designs criteria and performs traffic analysis.
• You will ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive test data for model calibration
• You will carry out area and site surveys to determine RF equipment location and antenna orientation.
• You will provide network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics.
• You will carry out drive testing activities to collect network data.
• You will provide post processing analysis of the drive data.
• You will provide site candidate evaluations.
• You will provide site build verifications and acceptance.

All you need is...

• Expert Level Knowledge of Nokia RAN SW Features and HW on their latest product release.
• Good understanding of LTE/5G RAN Network KPI? and report used for Troubleshooting
• Working as Independent Contributor and should be working in customer facing role.
• Rich experience on Nokia OSS and Tools used for Troubleshooting RAN issues.
• Working on Network level KPI improvement and Optimization task
• Proficient In Network Audits and possess excellent RAN parametric knowledge and aware of their functionality
• Able to Deep dive in Customer Network for identifying network issue and provide necessary suggestion to improve
• Good Exposure on RAN Functionality and Feature trials
• Should have worked on Network comprising of TDD and FDD nodes
• Exposure to work on network with Multiple vendors and able to benchmark KPI and provide insight on critical network issue.
• Ability to trouble shoot on a multiband and Nokia equipment
• Ability to lead deep technical discussion with customer
• Ability to trouble shoot on multi-technology- /LTE/VoLTE/5G
