About the Role
SILA Creations is seeking an experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Campaign Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for multiple brands across different industries.
This role is not for beginners. We are looking for a performance-driven professional who understands paid media deeply and can deliver measurable results.
You will work closely with our internal team, follow structured workflows in ClickUp, and be responsible for campaign performance from setup to scaling.

Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and funnel structuring
Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
Track and optimize KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROAS
Optimize campaigns weekly based on data and performance insights
Coordinate with SEO and content teams for landing page alignment
Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights
Maintain accurate task updates and meet deadlines using ClickUp

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of:
Campaign structure & scaling
Conversion tracking
Budget pacing and optimization
Experience using:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Meta Business Manager
Ability to explain strategy and decision-making, not just execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and accountability
Comfortable working remotely with US-based clients and teams

SEO knowledge (on-page & local SEO)
Experience with lead-based or service-based businesses
Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools
