YOUR IMPACT
You will join as an Expert/ Specialist who can drive category growth, optimize performance marketing, and shape end-to-end eCommerce strategy for our clients across platforms.
You will bring deep expertise in India and international markets (US and beyond), proven leadership skills, and the ability to influence CXOs while managing large, complex portfolios.
You will act as the bridge between category strategy and performance execution, using data, insights, and creativity to help brands win in the marketplace.
This role is about ensuring our clients win the algorithm and dominate the digital shelf. As a marketplace expert, you will join McKinsey's Digital Marketing Hub and will be part of our client service team to take ownership of ecommerce projects and solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
7-12 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 5 years focused on marketplace commerce
Demonstrated success in leading AI-powered performance marketing and automation strategies at scale
Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with direct P&L ownership
Deep understanding of e-commerce algorithms, bidding dynamics, PDP optimization, and digital shelf management
Strong analytical foundation (Excel, SQL, data visualization tools) with the ability to translate data into business insights
Exceptional CXO-level stakeholder management and advisory skills
Team leadership experience at scale, with the ability to mentor senior talent and build large, diverse teams
