Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and scale Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns across industries
Create full-funnel performance strategies tailored for different business models (eCom, SaaS, lead-gen, service-based)
Set up & optimize ad campaigns for traffic, conversions, sales, and ROAS
Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and make real-time improvements
Coordinate with creative teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
Conduct A/B testing across ad sets, audiences, and creatives
Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates & international ad policies
Manage monthly budgets and deliver results aligned with client KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
Proven success in running profitable campaigns for international markets (UAE, US, UK)
Experience working with both product-based (eCom) and service-based businesses
Strong analytical skills & deep understanding of ad performance metrics
Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns with data-backed results
Excellent communication & reporting skills
Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Events Manager, etc.
Nice to Have:
Experience with email marketing flows, landing page CRO, and retargeting
Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or other eCom platforms
Agency background or experience managing multiple clients
