Support and administer operations plans and processes to deliver a smooth supply chain and operational model for the targeted business volumes, meet products/ services standards and exceed quality standards in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.
Prime focus will in beginning be to support the Copenhagen team in handling complex client Unicef.
Apply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through work experience

Experience with aid/relief logistics will be considered a clear advantage
Work experience with CargoWise will be considered an advantage
Key Tasks
Administer assigned operational activities related to managing cross-trade shipments: coordinating with colleagues in Copenhagen and at origins, destinations, carriers to ensure timely shipment delivery etc.
Coordination with UN suppliers
Receive, execute and update orders in systems (CW1, Customer ERPs etc)
Retrieve stored information, place orders or respond to customer enquiries
Report issues, exceptions and events during execution of operational activities
Collaborate with origin & destination stations, carriers or other parties to resolve issues, ensure service quality and timelines to achieve internal and external (customer) KPIs
Resolve recurring issues and suggest modifications in operations processes and systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Assist with tracking of shipments, invoicing to clients and maintaining agreed milestones and KPI's.
