What will you do

The Advisor will provide contract management services to support the organization's projects and business operations.
Construction Management
Advise and support project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Provide expert input on project delivery strategies, contract management, and construction methodologies.
Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute various contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Sub-Contracts, Main Contract Agreements, and other contractual arrangements.
Identify project risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Project Coordination
Serve as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams on best practices in project and construction management.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on contractual matters.
Facilitate contractual and commercial discussions with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure timely review, approval, and reconciliation of variations and change orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contractual records and documentation.
Contract Administration
Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration.
Provide guidance on contractual matters to project managers and operational teams.
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and established procedures.
Identify recurring issues, areas of contractual pressure, and potential breaches.
Business Support
Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to coordinate insurance requirements and ensure compliance with financial and risk management policies.
Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to discuss contractual and project delivery matters.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in project and construction management practices.
