What will you do
The Advisor will provide contract management services to support the organization's projects and business operations.
Construction Management

• Advise and support project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Provide expert input on project delivery strategies, contract management, and construction methodologies.
• Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute various contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Sub-Contracts, Main Contract Agreements, and other contractual arrangements.
• Identify project risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.

Project Coordination

• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams on best practices in project and construction management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on contractual matters.
• Facilitate contractual and commercial discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely review, approval, and reconciliation of variations and change orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contractual records and documentation.

Contract Administration

• Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration.
• Provide guidance on contractual matters to project managers and operational teams.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and established procedures.
• Identify recurring issues, areas of contractual pressure, and potential breaches.

Business Support

• Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to coordinate insurance requirements and ensure compliance with financial and risk management policies.
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to discuss contractual and project delivery matters.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in project and construction management practices.
