Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented experienced Female Expert Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing career advice, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding admission processes for engineering and medical programs.
Provide detailed information about colleges, courses, eligibility criteria, and admission timelines.
Handle calls, walk-in inquiries, and online leads effectively.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure successful enrolment.
Maintain updated records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Build strong relationships with students and parents through trust and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Graduation
1-2 years of experience in education counselling, admission, or sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional in attitude.
