About the Role

Next Big Technology is seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Web Designer

to join our in-house team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have experience designing responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites using modern web technologies. You'll collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients to transform concepts into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop

responsive web pages

using

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap

. Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and functionality. Create user-centric layouts with a strong understanding of

UI/UX principles

. Optimize designs for

speed, performance, and mobile compatibility

. Stay updated with the latest

design trends and web technologies

. Collaborate with teams to continuously improve the user experience.

Required Skills

Proficiency in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

, and

Bootstrap

. Strong understanding of

UI/UX design principles

. Ability to create

responsive and adaptive layouts

for web and mobile. Good sense of design aesthetics, typography, and color theory. Excellent

problem-solving

communication

skills.

Experience

1 to 2 years

of professional experience in

web design

Education

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (Preferred).
