We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated

Visa Counselor

with experience in international student counseling and visa processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the entire process of selecting and applying for study abroad programs, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding study abroad options and guide them through visa application processes Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness Stay up to date with current immigration laws and embassy policies Coordinate with educational institutions, embassies, and students Provide pre-departure and post-arrival support to students Maintain and update student records in CRM systems Achieve monthly targets for student conversions

Requirements:

Proven experience (1-2 years minimum) as a visa counselor or in a similar role Strong knowledge of visa requirements for various countries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline

Preferred Skills:

Experience using CRM or education management software Multilingual abilities are a plus Prior work experience in an educational consultancy
