We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor with strong expertise in editing social media content, reels, and corporate videos. The ideal candidate should have a creative eye, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt edits for multiple digital platforms. You should be proficient in modern editing styles, understand brand communication, and deliver high-quality videos with quick turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit high-quality short-form content, including Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, ads, and promotional videos.
Produce polished corporate films, interviews, brand videos, product videos, and event recaps.
Understand platform-specific formats, trends, and audience behavior to create impactful social-first content.
Work with creative, script, marketing, and social media teams to deliver cohesive visual communication.
Perform color correction, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and text animation as needed.
Select music, stock footage, graphics, and other assets to elevate video quality.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Stay updated with editing trends, new effects, transitions, and best practices on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects.
Proven experience with social media content and corporate videos.
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, color grading, and sound design.
Ability to adapt editing styles based on project goals--cinematic, fast-paced, informative, or corporate.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a strong creative mindset.
