Role & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration programs
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into appointments
Record and update client information in CRM
Achieve weekly/monthly targets
Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in sales/customer service
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities
Ability to handle high call volumes
Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented mindset
