Position Overview: Boeing India Supply Chain is currently looking for Experienced Supply Chain Analyst-Warehousing to be based at Boeing Warehouse at New Delhi (NCR / nearby areas) India . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Warehouse project. This is an individual contributor position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal and External stakeholders to work on this project for Boeing. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Candidate must be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require some travel. Practical Good experience on working on WMS, MS Excel and PPT is required. Successful Candidate may have to work on Warehouse project / operations and Special assignments as per the business requirements. The candidate also will have strong communications skills & must be able to maintain positive relationships with leadership and all levels of the organization. Position Responsibilities: Project manage Warehousing end to end - Project Planning and Scheduling, Project tracking, Project control Plan for setting up and executing of warehousing Should have experience in Warehouse Management system, setting up of Warehouse, requirements for Warehouse setting up in India. Coordination with all teams, stakeholders (Internal + External), coordinate with Warehousing team, SC teams, Procurement Agents. Ensure timeliness for each milestone Operating Rhythm: define operating rhythm and reporting Resolve/ Escalate issues, Manage MIS, Reporting\'s, presentations Candidate should be experienced in Warehouse Project Management, Should have good Excel and PPT skills Maintains synchronization of the supply chain between international or domestic organizations, customers and suppliers by utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to support global markets. Analyzes material requirements to determine appropriate attributes to drive accurate demand through the supply chain. Establishes order policies. Creates orders to satisfy demand requirements supporting the supply chain. Develops and controls inventory plans and integrates company, customer and supplier capabilities to optimize inventory levels, turn rates and unit cost while ensuring accurate requirements and delivery schedules. Schedules requirements by analyzing available resources and manages shop capacity to support on time delivery. Applies knowledge of processes associated with regulating/distribution of goods through the entire manufacturing cycle to the delivery of finished products. Introduces new SCM tools and techniques by working with complex processes and organizational relationships to improve the supply chain Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain. Analyzes complex material requirements. Verifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan. Determines part number attributes. Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability. Ensures on-time delivery. Documents and resolves order delinquencies. Reports schedule adherence issues. Develops and controls inventory plans. Optimizes inventory levels. Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories. Initiates audits. Develops and creates schedules for products and services. Assists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals. Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance. Works under general direction. Typically 8-12 years related work experience or relevant military experience.
