We are looking for a passionate and dynamic

Stock Market Faculty

to join our team at the Rajouri Garden branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom and online sessions, mentoring students, creating course content, and contributing to the overall growth of the institute.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive classroom and live online training sessions on stock market topics (technical analysis, fundamental analysis, intraday trading, options strategies, risk management, etc.). Develop and update course material, assignments, and practical trading exercises. Mentor students individually, resolve queries, and guide them towards profitable trading practices. Assist in student enrollment by conducting demo sessions and counseling prospective students. Collaborate with the team to organize workshops, seminars, and doubt-clearing sessions. Track student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience/knowledge in the stock market

(trading/investing in equities, F&O, commodities, etc.).

At least 1 year of proven teaching/training experience

in stock market education (freshers will not be considered). Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner. Strong sales orientation - comfortable conducting demo classes and converting inquiries into enrollments. Competitive mindset with a passion for markets and teaching. Ability to commit

full-time (minimum 8 hours per day, 6 days a week)

at our Rajouri Garden branch. Proficiency in charting software (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader) and trading platforms is a plus. Certification such as NISM/NCFM is desirable but not mandatory.
