We are seeking a skilled and experienced South Indian Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for authentic South Indian cuisine and be proficient in preparing a variety of dishes, with a specialization in porotta , chappathi and other south indian dishes
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a range of South Indian dishes according to traditional recipes.
Expertly prepare porotta and chappathi.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and stock rotation.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a South Indian Cook.
Proficiency in preparing various South Indian dishes, especially porotta and chappathi.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Age: Maximum 45 years.
Salary:
?25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
