Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace. Boeing India is currently looking for an Experienced Scrum Master to join their team in Chennai, TN . These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) business organization . Position Responsibilities : Ensures that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible. Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management. Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items. Understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value. Understanding and practicing agility. Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed. Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Helping the Development Team to create high-value products. Removing impediments to the Development Team\'s progress. Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed. Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood. Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption. Planning Scrum implementations within the organization. Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development. Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team. Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization. Raise any impediments/risks (technical/operational/personal) they come across and approaches Technical Architect/PO accordingly to arrive at a solution Ensures change requests are treated correctly and tracked in the system, impact analysis done and risks/timelines are appropriately communicated Executes Boeing Transformation Objectives including Product-Centric Software Engineering, Cloud migration, Agile operation, DevOps, Automation BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Technical Bachelor\'s degree or Master degree in IT field or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience in Software development in a highly regulated industry At least 5 years of experience working and executing with software development design patterns, methodology and life cycle as Scrum Master Experience and proficiency in JIRA, ADO, GitLab Hands-on experience run Scrum Ceremonies, capture impediments and work with management/team to get to a closure Experience operating in an Agile development environment. Tracks and generate Scrum completion, metrics report At least 5 years of experience with application performance management technologies, diagnostics, and issue resolution management Proven experience handling a globally distributed team Demonstrated ability to create positive impact on customer by developing polished, cohesive, effective, and user-friendly applications for large and complex aviation related systems. Must have experience working with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with partners from within Boeing and outside, across different cultures and time-zones Extensive experience in collaborating within an Agile team setting, working as a group to drive Epic/Feature/User Story creation as well as solution design and architecture Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor\'s degree or higher Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+7 years\' related work experience, etc.).
