Key Responsibilities:
Generate, manage, and follow up on property sales leads
Conduct property site visits and client meetings
Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate options
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate and close deals efficiently
Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with internal teams
Stay informed about the local South Mumbai property market
Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years of real estate sales experience preferred
Location:
Preferably residing in South Mumbai
Language:
Should be able to speak Gujarati (Hindi/English also required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and proactive
Presentable with good client-handling skills
