Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key opinion leaders, and distributors.
Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations to medical professionals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with marketing, medical, and distribution teams to optimize market coverage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently as required.
Strong organizational and reporting skills
