Roles & Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building lasting customer relationships in the jewellery showroom.
The Sales Executive have an in-depth product knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to enhance the brand's reputation through a premium buying experience.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and purchase history.
Assist in stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.
Ensure all sales are accurately recorded and invoices generated as per company policies.
Adhere to showroom security protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Jewelry, Retail, or Marketing background is an added advantage).
2-8 years of sales experience in jewellery retail industry.
Fluency in local language (Tamil); proficiency in English/Malayalam is an added advantage.
