Bookkeeper - QBO Cleanup Specialist (US Clients)

Full-Time | Remote (India-based)

US Clients | Fast-Paced Environment

We are hiring an

experienced Bookkeeper

to work

full-time on bookkeeping cleanups

for U.S.-based small business clients. This role is

100% cleanup-focused

--you will be handling accounts that are behind by

hundreds or thousands of transactions

.

This is not a light bookkeeping role. You will be working on

complex, high-volume cleanups all day, every day

, using

QuickBooks Online (QBO)

.

Responsibilities

Perform full bookkeeping cleanups for U.S. small businesses Categorize large volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Identify errors, duplicates, and misclassifications Prepare clean, accurate financials after cleanup completion Ask clear, concise questions when client clarification is needed Follow internal SOPs and cleanup timelines

Requirements

C1+ English

Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Proven experience doing

bookkeeping cleanups

(not just monthly bookkeeping) Comfortable handling

1,000+ transactions per cleanup

Strong understanding of U.S. bookkeeping standards High attention to detail and ability to work quickly Reliable internet and ability to work independently Able to work consistently in a

high-volume, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Previous experience working with U.S. clients Experience completing cleanups under tight deadlines Accounting or bookkeeping certification (preferred, not required)
