ey Purpose
T

he purpose of this role is to provide proactive financial oversight and support across the project lifecycle, ensuring robust project hygiene, accurate reporting, and strong stakeholder engagement. The role serves as a key point of contact for project managers--delivering training, troubleshooting, and guidance to improve financial awareness and project compliance. Through regular project reviews and insightful reporting, the role identifies projects requiring attention and collaborates with cross-functional teams, including billing support, to drive corrective actions. Ultimately, the position supports the delivery of financially sound, well-governed projects through enhanced visibility, engagement, and operational discipline.

ork towards compliance with NI 52-109 for all Project Finance controls in an Oracle environment P
rovide Internal Audit support R
eview processes and suggest improvements A
nalysis of Working capital for various businesses/ projects P
erform Project reviews and timely identification of risks and opportunities. C
omparison of actuals vs budgets /forecasts and identifying reasons for variations C
ontribute to delivering Business Unit P&L, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts C
oordination with different team members including project leaders, business partners and GBS R
eview of various reports like utilisation reports, time cost reports, etc. and reaching logical conclusions A
nalysing the cost to complete of different projects G
ood understanding of the business and analysing the numbers based on the business understanding P
rovide ad-hoc reporting and reconciliations as required P
reparing and finalising reports pertaining to various projects for Global reporting R
eviewing and carrying out project wise, Business Unit wise cost & margin analysis and providing reasons for the erosion/ gain of margins P

ull accountancy qualification with a recognised organisation (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) E
xperience of finance business partnering, supporting a variety of senior stakeholders. C
