+ esign visually compelling proposals, document covers, presentations, diagrams, infographics, and marketing collateral.

+ ranslate complex technical and strategic content into clear, engaging visuals.

*ollaboration & Strategy
W
+ ork closely with engineers, proposal managers, and marketing teams to align design outputs with business goals.
M
+ aintain brand consistency across all deliverables and platforms.
L
*eadership & Project Management
G
+ uide and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency.
M
+ anage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

equired Qualifications
B

achelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. M
inimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, including 2+ years in a lead role. A
dvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), including AI-powered features like Adobe Firefly. S
trong experience in motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, and interactive design. E
xcellent communication, creative thinking, and team collaboration skills. E
xperience with SharePoint and digital asset management systems is a plus P
