Required Experience:

Candidate must have hands-on experience in:

Production operations

for drinking water and beverages

Plant maintenance

(mechanical/electrical preferred)

Microbiology & quality control

Knowledge of

ISI standards

,

FSSAI compliance

, and

hygiene practices

Water treatment systems: RO, UV, Ozone, blow molding, rinsing-filling-capping, lab setup Batch preparation for carbonated & non-carbonated drinks (added advantage)

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities Ensure quality parameters, microbiological tests, and documentation Maintain machines and handle troubleshooting Implement GMP, SOPs, sanitation, and safety Coordinate with management for smooth plant operations

Qualification:

Diploma/Graduate in Microbiology, Food Technology, Chemistry, Mechanical/Electrical, or relevant field Minimum

2-5 years experience

in packaged drinking water or beverage industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
