NIS provides the connectivity infrastructure that enables all internal Boeing applications and Line of Service delivery systems to integrate, communicate, and pass data from point to point throughout the company and beyond. The selected individual will be working in the Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center (BIETC) in Bangalore, India. Join the Boeing Network Infrastructure Services Team as an Experienced Process Analyst - Infra -Service Implementation . In this role, you will implement, maintain and improve Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes to support the team in delivering its infrastructure Statement of Work. Position Responsibilities Lead service implementation and support across multiple Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, including: Asset and Configuration Management, Business Relationship Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog Management, Service Continuity Management. Implement Continual Service Improvement across multiple ITIL processes. Develop and implement metrics, integrating across Boeing and its suppliers Provide regular and on-demand reporting in support of performance measurement, process improvement and management requests. Perform proactive analyses, recognize trends and opportunities, and implement improved capabilities. Coordinate with ServiceNow platform team to implement system improvements, new tools and capabilities, as well as testing on system changes. Provide general assistance to team members and internal customers, including assistance to navigate various systems and tools. Promote effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders. Perform special assignments to satisfy emergent requirements. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Ability to work well on virtual teams across multiple time-zones. This position will require some after-hours work to support production-impacting maintenance activities. This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite. ITIL industry certification Minimum of 5 years work experience in two or more ITIL processes listed in the Position Responsibilities section Experience with ServiceNow platform Strong written and verbal communications skills, including ability to lead team meetings Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong team player Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, including resolution of competing priorities Strong decision-making skills - excellent ability to make appropriate independent decisions Ability to prioritize and manage time, while working multiple projects concurrently Ability to organize and synthesize information into significant reports Ability to acquire new knowledge and skills, and tackle expanded responsibilities Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Basic knowledge of Information Technology Network Infrastructure concepts and terminology Experience working with Boeing implementation of ServiceNow platform Proficient in Microsoft OneNote Education/Experience Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree with 8 -12 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Relocation: This position offers relocation within India Export Control Requirements: Not an export control position Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer.
