Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate

Preschool Centre Head

to lead our preschool centre in Bikasipura/Doddakalsandra Bengaluru. The Centre Head will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high-quality education delivery, and maintain a safe, engaging environment for children aged 2-6 years.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth functioning. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of teachers and support staff. Develop and implement policies in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Curriculum and Education

Ensure effective delivery of the preschool curriculum, aligning with early childhood education standards. Monitor and evaluate teaching methodologies to promote holistic child development. Organize workshops and training for staff to enhance teaching skills.

Parent and Community Engagement

: Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, meetings, and events. Address parental concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Promote the preschool's vision and values within the community to drive enrollments.

Administrative Duties

: Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with state and national regulations for preschools. Maintain accurate records of student progress, staff performance, and centre activities.

Safety and Well-being

: Ensure a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly environment at all times. Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures.
