As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of the Boeing Global Services Digital Solutions team, which develops software applications and products that create direct value to its customers. Position Responsibilities: Estimate user stories/features (story point estimation) and tasks in hours with the required level of accuracy and commit them as part of Sprint Planning. Contributes to the Backlog refinement meetings by promptly asking relevant questions to ensure requirements achieve the right level of DOR. Works with the Product Owner to confirm that the code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality. Raise any impediments/risks (technical/operational/personal) they come across and approaches Scrum Master/Technical Architect/PO accordingly to arrive at a solution. Ensures change requests are treated correctly and tracked in the system, impact analysis done and risks/timelines are appropriately communicated. Develops working software towards committed Team PI Objectives and quality standards Designs for testability: Design and evolve the system to support testability and test automation. Lead activities to architect, design, build and test delivery systems and components. Provide technical leadership to evaluate product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess Develop high-quality software design based on defined system architecture Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting (E2E Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing) Review and debug code. Perform validation and verification testing Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products Document development activities. The role involves leading and performing the design, program, test, implementation and documentation of complex computing applications in .NET technologies Leading analysis of end user processes to define application requirements, writing and compiling complex code based on documented design or designs application architecture that integrates application software and delivery subsystems for specific applications. Identifying and resolving complex programming or application architecture problems, and recommending improvements. Good communication skills are needed both verbally and written, to Interact with peers and customers. Designs and develops software solutions to meet end user\'s requirements. Ensures that application integrates with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools. Develops algorithms, data and process models, plans interfaces and writes interface control documents for use in construction of solutions of moderate complexity. 8 Plus years of experience in development and/or implementation of large scale middleware applications Experience with .Net Core, C#, Web API, Microservices, Docker, RabbitMQ, EF Core 6, LINQ. Good to know AutoMapper & Fluent validation in .net core. Experience with any unit test frameworks NUnit, xUnit.NET. Expertise with web service technologies like REST, JSON, SOAP, webAPI, HTTP, SSL etc. Experience in databases like SQL server 2008/2012, MYSql, Oracle. Expertise in XML, XPATH, XSLT. Experience in frontend side technologies such Angular 7+ , TypeScript, RxJs and third party controls like Telerik. Experience with angular unit testing tools like Karma or Jasmine. Experience with Testcafe, Experience with State Management - NgRx. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, GitLab, TFS, ClearCase, and SVN Experience in web hosting technologies and tools in Microsoft Azure Complete knowledge of the concepts and processes of managing a software system throughout the entire life cycle. Ability to participate in all stages of the software development life cycle. Must have excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Proven experience as a .Net Software Engineer Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Entity framework or any equivalent library Good understanding of REST API principles. Deep knowledge around software design patterns Experience using system monitoring tools Automated testing frameworks Knowledge of C# programming language. In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MSSQL) and some knowledge about NoSQL databases.
