We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer with at least one year of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding, a strong understanding of web development principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or clients, and implement effective solutions.
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
