Job Description

We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer with up to 3 years of experience to join our passionate team and help drive our projects to success.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Create and maintain APIs for seamless data flow and integration with back-end services. Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard user data. Debug and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and bugs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply best practices in development. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed. Contribute to the overall improvement of our development processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with up to 4 years of hands-on development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+. Solid experience with React.js and Redux for building modern, responsive web applications. Thorough understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Proficiency in server-side technologies such as Node.js and Express.js. Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for creating polished user interfaces. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
