Marketing & Sales Executive

with a strong background in advertising sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting the company's advertising and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for advertising and marketing services Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brands Understand client requirements and propose customized advertising solutions Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Collaborate with creative, media, and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients Ensure timely collections and maintain accurate sales records and reports Participate in networking events, client meetings, and industry forums

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in advertising, media sales, or marketing services Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively Result-oriented with a strong business development mind-set Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with digital advertising, branding, media buying, or integrated marketing campaigns Existing client network in relevant industries MBA or advanced marketing certification (added advantage)
