for our activated carbon manufacturing and sales business based in Hoshiarpur. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling activated carbon or similar industrial products, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to grow our customer base.
He/She should be capable of identifying new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and converting them into loyal buyers.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for activated carbon products.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients across industrial sectors.
Proactively generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance.
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and attend industry events as required.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to fulfill client requirements.
Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-4 years' marketing/sales experience in activated carbon or related products.
Strong understanding of industrial sales, preferably in chemicals or environmental solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within and outside the region as required.
