We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Poultry Feed Manufacturing Unit in Nagpur.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, production management, and team coordination skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise overall production activities in the poultry feed manufacturing plant. Monitor raw material inventory, quality control, and machine maintenance. Plan daily production schedules and ensure timely delivery. Manage and lead factory staff to ensure smooth workflow and discipline. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality departments. Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards within the plant. Prepare daily and monthly production reports for management review. Identify areas of improvement and implement process efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Agriculture / Animal Science / Feed Technology / related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in poultry feed manufacturing or related industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
