Job Description

Curriculum & Instruction:

Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans covering foundational skills like letters, numbers, reading, and science.

Classroom Management:

Foster a positive and safe learning atmosphere, establish classroom rules, and encourage positive social behaviors such as sharing and cooperation.

Student Assessment:

Observe and evaluate students' performance, strengths, and weaknesses, maintaining records of their progress.

Parent Communication:

Collaborate with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's academic, social, and behavioral development.

Engagement & Creativity:

Employ various tools, including games, art, music, and hands-on activities, to capture young children's interest and make learning fun.

Supportive Role:

Provide individualized support to students who are struggling and work with other staff and administration.

*Must be having good prior experience.

*Immediate joiners would be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
