Managing client files (physical & digital).
Filing documents with authorities (ROC, GST, etc.).
Handling notarization and affidavits.
Client Interaction & Communication:
Coordinating with clients for legal documentation.
Updating clients on case or contract status.
Scheduling client meetings and follow-ups.
Legal Research & Analysis:
Conducting legal research for corporate, IP, taxation, and dispute-related cases.
Staying updated on relevant law changes.
Administrative Support:
General office admin (correspondence, calls, calendar management).
Assisting with billing and invoicing.
Court & Tribunal Support:
Preparing case files and documents for court hearings.
Filing court documents and tracking litigation progress.
Organizing evidence and materials for legal proceedings.
Assisting with trademark, patent, and design registrations.
Conducting trademark searches and drafting IP documents.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Performing other duties as assigned by the legal team.
Qualifications:
Education:
LLB preferred or legal diploma with relevant experience.
Experience:
2-3 years in legal clerk or support roles (corporate law, IP, or compliance preferred).
Skills:
Knowledge of legal procedures and compliance.
Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication (written & verbal).
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
