Boeing India Engineering has an immediate opening for Experienced Java Full Stack Developer to Lead Manufacturing Engineering and Numerical Control Programming teams working in areas of Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering & NC Programming. This is a techno-managerial position that is expected to provide Technical Leadership, Project Leadership and People Leadership to the team. This position will also acquire talent and build the team further, motivate, develop and manage employees and provide technical guidance to achieve excellent technical and business outcomes; i.e., provide technical leadership and project management guidance to the team, and lead the implementation of technical approaches, processes and procedures to deliver sophisticated technical capability that will be matured and transitioned to Boeing collaborators.

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities:

• Understands and develops software solutions to meet end user requirements.
• Ensures that application integrates with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools.
• Develops algorithms, data and process models, plans interfaces and writes interface control documents for use in construction of solutions of moderate complexity.
• Ability to understand complex business processes in the domain and translate to technical solutions.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Extensive experience in designing and developing full stack modules and components for Java based web applications.
• Experience in designing and implementing APIs, including a deep understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTP, UDP etc. Good knowledge of Hibernate, Liquibase, Spring MVC, Spring Boot and REST API.
• Working knowledge in UI frameworks HTML, CSS, , Bootstrap, Javascript etc
• RDBM Systems, SQL scripting and querying, specifically with SQLServer 2016
• Experience with Angular 8 and above
• Experience in Test Driven Development (JUnit/Karma)
• Strong work ethic, communication skills & good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to develop new and innovative applications as well as maintaining existing code.
• Relational database experience and demonstrated abilities in SQL and data modelling is required.
• Ability to manage all software configuration items, installation and cutover of the computing products within a given scope.
• Experience in ALM tools (Git, Ant, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Azure, SonarQube, Ansible ).
• Working exposure with Agile (Scrum) and DevOps is a must
• Understanding and following secure coding guidelines (provided by Coverity, SonarQube etc.) and writing quality code (4+ YOE)
• Writing performant code, taking care of resource/object creation and disposal to ensure memory efficiency and safety.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Relevant work experience, relevant military experience or advanced degree preferred but not required
• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.

• Typically 8 or more years\' related work experience or relevant military experience, advanced degree (Eg Bachelor or Master etc) preferred but not required
