Qualification-Must be graduate, MBA Preferred

Salary-15000-20000 per month (depends upon interview)

Roles & Responsibility-

Full Cycle Recruitment:

Job posting and candidate sourcing:

They create and post job descriptions on various platforms, utilize online and offline methods to source candidates, and manage the application process.

Screening and interviewing:

They review resumes, conduct initial screenings (phone/video interviews), and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS):

They maintain accurate candidate records, track progress through the hiring process, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.

Offer negotiation and onboarding:

They communicate offers to candidates, manage the negotiation process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
