Position Responsibilities: To support I2P Strategy lead transformational activities in I2P function, end to end lead in drafting, driving & delivering the strategy across Boeing entities. Analyze, plan, design, configure and test OpenText VIM solution to meet the business and regulatory needs for processing of various types of supplier invoices. Requires sound knowledge on Document Archiving, OCR, VIM Workflows, Process Types, Exception handling and Reports, including integration with S/4 and other applications. The Invoice to Pay Team is responsible for the delivery, reporting and improvement of end-to-end Invoice to Pay services, which consists of the following operational areas Global Accounts Payable / Invoice Processing Check Requests SAP invoice processing Paper and Electronic Invoicing Traditional EDI To ensure seamless engagement and interaction with procurement, commercial, corporate and finance stakeholders. Make a significant impact to business performance by driving and supporting working capital improvements. Demonstrates deep functional Finance expertise and thorough experience in Global Accounts Payable / Invoice to Pay or Source to Pay as a centralized function. Designing the global standard processes of I2P end to end. Driving process standardization and improvements. Responsible for service delivery that drives effective invoice processing, prompt payment to Suppliers and issue resolution. Provide end to end proactive monitoring and management of transactional pipeline to ensure workload prioritization drives better user experience and on time payment to suppliers Proven ability to lead teams through process improvements and implementation of standardized processes throughout large organizations To actively engage with Global stakeholders, provide the key process statistics, act as a SME, and to act on local / Global requirements. Translating Functional Specifications into Application design documents, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration tests. Independently take up and participate in Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment Collaborate with multi-functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SI\'s (vendor consultants) on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs create and update associated documentation Develop, review and maintain functional/application design documents in collaboration with stakeholders and SI partners Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 8-12 years of overall SAP experience in finance, accounting in which 8+ years of relevant experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable processes, controls and enterprise systems. Candidate should have done minimum 2 implementation project and minimum 1 E2E implementation project Hands on experience preferably with 1 or more E2E implementation cycles on VIM 7.5 and above versions. Sound knowledge on configurations in VIM - Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center /IES, Barcoding, Open Text Archive Server, and integration with SAP AP, AR, GL and other external applications such as Ariba. Experience in handling complex enhancement in the OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Invoice workflow approval design, Process Type determination sequence for different document types, Configuring and managing exception handling, and configure VIM workflow scenarios. Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing Must have good knowledge of Indirect & Direct Procurement process, SAP Accounts Payable and Payment modules, related tables and reporting, Ariba Excellent understanding of I2P process design, ERP and related systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes. Must have Integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems (finance and controlling areas, Invoicing, etc.) / internal legacy systems Clear understanding of: Accounting Principles, Accounting Fundamentals. End-to-end SAP P2P, R2R Process understanding with integration with Financial accounting Knowledge on P2P area: Accounts Payable (Indexing, Posting, Payment and Audit), VMD - (Creation, Modification, upload) and Strong Accounting concept/knowledge of procure to pay process Tax, WHT knowledge. Sound knowledge of finance and purchasing integration with other modules of SAP Exposure to usage of SAP Solution Manager Certifications in finance or S/4 HANA will be an added advantage Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods Strong understanding and experience of SAP testing tools and other SAP line of business products Understanding of business functionalities in Aerospace and Defense industry Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience successfully working with colleagues internationally, especially in a highly collaborative manner and culture Typical Education & Experience: Typically, 8-12 years of related work experience or relevant military experience with Bachelor\'s degree or higher (Finance, Accounting or related business field) preferred but not required.
