Load Karma, a growing logistics company based in Sector 82, Mohali, is urgently hiring

Experienced Freight Brokers

to join our dynamic team. We are looking for motivated individuals with a proven track record in freight brokerage and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end freight brokerage operations Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers Negotiate rates and ensure timely pickups/deliveries Monitor shipments and provide updates to clients Use load boards and other tools to match loads with carriers

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months of experience

in freight brokerage (U.S. market preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication

skills (Fluent English is a must) Ability to work independently and in a team Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Willing to work

night shifts
