Job Description

A facial therapist, also known as an esthetician or skin therapist, is a professional who specializes in analyzing and treating the skin to improve its health and appearance. Key duties performing facials and other treatments like chemical peels and hair removal, recommending skincare products, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation and Treatment Planning:

Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess skin conditions, concerns, and types. Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare routines. Develop personalized skin treatment plans and "skin journeys" for clients.

Skin Treatments:

Perform facials, which may include cleansing, toning, exfoliation, and facial massage. Administer advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and skin rejuvenation therapies.

Product Recommendations:

Advise clients on and sell suitable skincare products Educate clients on effective skincare routines for maintaining results.

Client Records and Appointments:

Schedule client appointments and manage the booking system. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress notes.

Hygiene and Safety:

Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are kept clean and sterilized according to health and safety guidelines. Adhere to safe work practices and procedures to minimize environmental impact.

Professional Development:

Stay informed about new skincare products, emerging treatments, and industry advancements.
Skills and Qualifications

Certification/Licensure:

A diploma or certification in esthetics, cosmetology.

Skincare Knowledge

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in performing various skincare treatments and operating related equipment safely.

Communication:

Ability to clearly explain treatments, provide advice, and address client concerns professionally.

Customer Service:

Providing a welcoming and satisfying client experience.

Attention to Detail:

Working carefully and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to work actively and stand for extended periods.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma
All certifications and licenses required to perform services
Preferred experience in working with aesthetics and skin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
