Shardes Interiors is a growing interior design and contracting firm known for creative designs, quality execution, and client satisfaction. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Estimator and Admin to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Estimation & Quotation Preparation:

Prepare cost estimates and quotations for interior consultancy and turnkey contracting projects. Take quantities from drawings or site measurements and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Collect and compare vendor quotations for materials and finishes. Coordinate with the design and project teams for pricing and technical details. Maintain updated cost data for materials and labor.

Administrative Support:

Handle documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal departments. Assist in preparing project-related reports and maintaining records. Support the management in quotation tracking, purchase coordination, and billing Manage daily office operations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally. Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents (physical and digital). Prepare letters, quotations, and other correspondence as required. Support the HR and Accounts departments in attendance, leave, and salary-related documentation. Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and maintenance staff. Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and assist management in follow-ups. Ensure all administrative policies and systems are followed properly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Estimator or Admin Executive in the interior design / contracting field. Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and joinery. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools. Good communication and coordination skills. Accuracy, time management, and attention to detail. Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or related field.

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying or related field.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
