What we're looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated
Experienced CRM Implementer
to lead end-to-end initiatives, manage multiple projects and applications and bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with strategy and drive efficiency, value and continuous system improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce & CRM Projects
Lead end-to-end Salesforce and CRM initiatives, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
Manage and optimize integrations such as Salesforce-Jira, ITSD, Customer/Partner Portal, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.
Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions that align with company strategy.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance processes and efficiency.
System Administration & Support
Administer IT and Facilities Service Desk, including user onboarding, dashboards and change requests.
Ensure system stability, data integrity and compliance with IT and security policies.
Provide timely ticket resolution and ongoing support, meeting SLAs with high-quality service delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, R&D, Customer Success, Finance, Operations and Compliance to design effective processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with strong adoption.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information systems or industrial engineering (or equivalent practical experience) -
MUST
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment, with strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud - MUST
Fluency in English
(written and spoken), ability to present and document requirements clearly for both technical and business audiences -
MUST
Proven track record in project management, leading end-to-end CRM or Salesforce implementations, migrations or large-scale system rollouts.
Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities - declarative tools (Flows, Entitlements and Milestones), integrations, APIs and automation.
Experience with system integrations, including data flows and middleware tools (Zapier, Workato, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Proactive "can-do" mindset, approaching challenges with solutions instead of obstacles and maintaining a positive, action-oriented attitude.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment, managing competing priorities with a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
